Beth Wilson Embroidery
FASHION, BRIDAL & HOMEWARE BESPOKE EMBROIDERY
When Beth's enquiry dropped into my inbox I was so excited! Her embroidery designs are insane! So intricate and beautiful and I couldn't wait to work with her on improving the visuals for her brand.
Beth filled our my brand questionnaire and we also had a chat about what she wanted to achieve with her rebrand. I asked her for some initial visual inspiration and she sent me her Pinterest board which was full of gorgeous pins! I could see she had a few different themes running through her board so I got to work creating two different style directions for her.
STYLE DIRECTIONS
When we initially met up, Beth explained that she wanted her brand to feel quite minimal and neutral, but when her Pinterest board came through, I noticed quite a few punk inspired pins on her Pinterest board so I presented her with a different option to what she originally asked for. I thought this mood board looked so cool and to my delight, Beth chose the second mood board which I described as 'pretty meets punk'! She loved it all but asked for some moodier pinks to be added and sent me some photos of flower bouquets she liked. I played around with colours and logos and presented her with three logo concepts. She chose her favourite concept and after a few amendments I presented the final brand proposal to her. She loved it all and was so happy to have a brand that looked consistent and professional.
